Repairs

We provide service within a 40 mile radius of Ipswich on most makes of cash registers, Epos systems & scales. Equipment can also be dropped into our showroom for one of our engineers to repair in our fully equipped workshop.

Programming

We undertake both program modifications & complete reprogramming on most makes of cash registers, Epos systems & scales. Keyboard layouts can be designed and printed.

Maintenance Agreements

Why not let us take away all your worries. Our fully comprehensive maintenance agreements are available on most makes and offer the following benefits:

• • A full 12 months worry free cover.
  • No labour charges. - No parts charges.
  • All parts will be supplied totally free of charge (excluding consumables i.e. ribbons and drawer inserts).
  • Free loan machine if a workshop repair is necessary.
  • Reduced hourly programming rate.

The annual cost is dependent on the model and number of terminals to be covered.

Training

On all equipment and software we supply we provide full on-site training which can be tailored to meet individual customers needs. We also undertake training on existing customers cash registers, Epos systems & scales.

Software Support

We can provide on going software support to customers, including remote access to their systems.
